【摘要】：對(duì)不明原因發(fā)熱病人開展登革病毒和基孔肯雅病毒合并感染的檢測(cè),明確合并感染的可能性,為防御這兩種蟲媒傳染病的傳播提供依據(jù)。通過(guò)流行病史調(diào)查,臨床癥狀和實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)對(duì)兩名從泰國(guó)普吉島旅行歸來(lái)的發(fā)熱病人進(jìn)行了登革病毒和基孔肯雅病毒感染的診斷。兩名患者在泰國(guó)旅行停留10天,在此期間兩人均有蚊蟲叮咬史�；貒�(guó)3天后兩患者相繼出現(xiàn)高熱癥狀(39℃以上),且伴有皮疹,肌肉酸痛和乏力。實(shí)驗(yàn)室血常規(guī)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)輕度血小板降低伴淋巴細(xì)胞減少,登革病毒IgG/IgM快速診斷試劑盒檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)一名患者登革病毒IgM陽(yáng)性。實(shí)時(shí)熒光RT-PCR檢測(cè)證實(shí)兩患者血液中登革病毒和基孔肯雅病毒核酸均陽(yáng)性,同時(shí)用RT-PCR方法擴(kuò)增獲得了登革病毒C-prM蛋白部分基因,經(jīng)測(cè)序和同源性分析,證實(shí)感染登革病毒屬于Ⅰ型登革熱病毒。這是我國(guó)首次出現(xiàn)的輸入性登革病毒合并基孔肯雅病毒感染病例,本研究建議對(duì)流行病史和臨床癥狀滿足的病例要同時(shí)進(jìn)行兩種病毒的實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:To detect the co-infection of dengue virus and Kikungunya virus in patients with fever of unknown origin, to determine the possibility of co-infection, to provide the basis for the prevention of the spread of these two kinds of insect-borne infectious diseases, and to investigate the epidemic history. Clinical symptoms and laboratory tests diagnosed two febrile patients returning from a trip to Phuket, Thailand, with dengue virus and Kikungunya virus infection. The two patients spent 10 days traveling in Thailand. During this period, both of them had a history of mosquito bites. After 3 days of return to China, the two patients developed hyperthermia symptoms above 39 鈩，
