【摘要】：目的探討抗焦慮抗抑郁藥物對焦慮抑郁癥合并乙肝患者乙肝病情的影響。方法將我院精神病科2011年4月至2014年4月收治的焦慮癥、抑郁癥合并乙肝患者作為研究對象,按乙肝病情分為大三陽組和小三陽組。兩組根據(jù)病情給予相應的抗焦慮、抗抑郁藥物治療,每隔半年使用ELISA方法檢測血清中乙肝病毒標記物,采用Excel軟件統(tǒng)計結果。結果大三陽組和小三陽組患者血清中乙肝病毒標記物指標均有不同程度的變化,大三陽組變化最明顯,5項指標均為陰性的有3例,而小三陽組有1例;但小三陽的轉歸效果最好,三年的轉歸率分別為44.44%、66.67%和81.48%;大三陽組的轉歸率分別為30.77%、53.85%和69.23%。結論積極的精神情緒對焦慮抑郁癥合并乙肝患者的病情有一定的干預效果,且對小三陽患者的轉歸促進作用最佳。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of anti anxiety and antidepressant drugs on anxiety depression in patients with hepatitis B patients of hepatitis B disease. Methods in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2014 were psychiatric anxiety, depression in patients with hepatitis B as the research object, according to the status of hepatitis B HBeAg group and divided into small Sanyang group. Two groups according to the condition to give the corresponding anti anxiety, anti antidepressant drug treatment, every six months, use the ELISA method to the detection of hepatitis B virus serum markers, using the statistical results of Excel software. The results of hepatitis B virus markers big Sanyang group and small Sanyang group in the serum of patients with physical indexes have different degrees of change, the most obvious change of the big Sanyang group, 5 indexes were negative in 3 cases, while small Sanyang group had 1 cases; but the effect is the best outcome of small three, three year turnover rates were 44.44%, 66.67% and 81.48%; big Sanyang group turnover rates were 30.77%, 53.85% and 69.23%. Conclusion positive mental emotion has a certain intervention effect on the condition of anxiety depression and hepatitis B patients, and it has the best effect on the prognosis of the prognosis of small three Yang patients.
