目的探討日本血吸蟲可溶性成蟲蛋白（SjSWP）和重組半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制蛋白（rSjcystatin）對模擬炎癥性腸病的小鼠結腸炎的作用。方法 24只BALB/c雌鼠分為健康對照組、磷酸鹽緩沖液組（PBS組）、rSjcystatin治療組（rSjcystatin組）、 Sj SWP治療組（SjSWP組）。PBS、 rSjcystatin、 SjSWP組用0.1 ml 5%2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸（TNBS）灌腸誘導結腸炎,灌腸后6、 24 h分別腹腔注射100μl PBS、 50μg r Sjcystatin、 50μg SjSWP;健康對照組在相應時間點用等量的PBS灌腸及腹腔注射。TNBS灌腸72 h后無痛處死各組小鼠,檢測宏觀評分、結腸長度、髓過氧化物酶活性和顯微鏡下微觀評分來評估炎癥參數(shù)和病理改變。流式細胞儀檢測小鼠脾臟中Th1和Th2及T調(diào)節(jié)細胞（Tregs）的比例。ELISA檢測小鼠結腸組織勻漿上清中γ干擾素（IFN-γ）、白細胞介素-4 （IL-4）、 IL-13、 IL-10等炎性細胞因子的水平。多組計量資料分析采用單因素方差分析,多組均數(shù)間的兩兩比較用Student-N...
