【摘要】：目的:觀察乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原中蛋白(MHBs)核酸疫苗在中國(guó)獼猴體內(nèi)的體液和細(xì)胞免疫應(yīng)答。方法:實(shí)驗(yàn)用中國(guó)獼猴實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組各2只,分別在第0、8、16、24、48周肌肉注射法接種核酸疫苗(pSW3891/MHBs)或?qū)φ蛰d體(pSW3891)。ELISA法檢測(cè)中國(guó)獼猴血清抗-HBs,CFSE-PI染色FCM(流式細(xì)胞術(shù))法測(cè)定中國(guó)獼猴外周血淋巴細(xì)胞HBsAg特異性增殖反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:實(shí)驗(yàn)組中國(guó)獼猴血清抗-HBs滴度在72周達(dá)到最高峰,最高滴度分別為1∶6400和1∶12800,對(duì)照組抗-HBs滴度始終保持在1∶50。實(shí)驗(yàn)組中國(guó)獼猴外周血淋巴細(xì)胞HBsAg特異性增殖反應(yīng)明顯增強(qiáng),細(xì)胞分裂指數(shù)分別
