云南省玉溪、沾益兩地長(zhǎng)壽老人血漿細(xì)胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平的研究

【摘要】: 背景: 健康長(zhǎng)壽是古今中外的人們不懈追求的目標(biāo),健康長(zhǎng)壽不僅是生命科學(xué)研究的永恒主題,也是向生命科學(xué)提出的終極挑戰(zhàn)。當(dāng)今社會(huì)人口老齡化問(wèn)題日益嚴(yán)重,延緩衰老,延長(zhǎng)健康期、縮短帶病期,提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量,具有重大的科學(xué)意義和社會(huì)意義。諸多研究資料顯示,長(zhǎng)壽老人能夠推遲老年性疾病的發(fā)病時(shí)間,甚至完全避免老年性疾病的發(fā)生并且能夠在生命后期使機(jī)體保持良好的免疫狀態(tài)。血漿細(xì)胞因子白細(xì)胞介素6(IL-6),腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α),白細(xì)胞介素10(IL-10)的水平在許多老年性疾病中的變化很大,因此我們推測(cè)長(zhǎng)壽人群細(xì)胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平有異于非長(zhǎng)壽人群,并且能夠反映長(zhǎng)壽老人機(jī)體的免疫狀態(tài)。 目的: 探討云南省玉溪、沾益兩地長(zhǎng)壽老人血漿細(xì)胞因子IL-6,TNF-α和IL-10水平與長(zhǎng)壽的關(guān)系,為老年醫(yī)學(xué)的臨床工作提供一定數(shù)據(jù)和依據(jù)。 方法: 以云南省玉溪和沾益地區(qū)的漢族長(zhǎng)壽老人117例(年齡≥90歲)為研究對(duì)象,以與長(zhǎng)壽老人一起居住的直系親屬為直系對(duì)照組,共133例,以與長(zhǎng)壽老人居住于同一地域,無(wú)血緣關(guān)系者(長(zhǎng)壽老人后代的配偶)為無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組,共96例。采用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法測(cè)定血漿細(xì)胞因子IL-6、TNF-α和IL-10水平。所有統(tǒng)計(jì)分析均采用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件。 結(jié)果: 血漿IL-6水平長(zhǎng)壽組高于直系對(duì)照組和無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.017),直系對(duì)照組與無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.017),血漿IL-6水平男性長(zhǎng)壽組高于女性長(zhǎng)壽組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),直系對(duì)照組內(nèi)男性組與女性組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),男性無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組高于女性無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);血漿TNF-α水平長(zhǎng)壽組與直系對(duì)照組和無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.017),直系對(duì)照組與無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.017),血漿TNF-α水平各組內(nèi)男性與女性相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,(P>0.05);血漿IL-10水平長(zhǎng)壽組與直系對(duì)照組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.017),長(zhǎng)壽組高于無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.017),直系對(duì)照組與無(wú)關(guān)對(duì)照組相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.017),血漿IL-10水平各組內(nèi)男性與女性相比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,(P>0.05)。 結(jié)論: 長(zhǎng)壽老人血漿IL-6,IL-10水平顯著升高,TNF-α水平無(wú)顯著性升高,表明長(zhǎng)壽老人處于一種慢性,輕微炎癥狀態(tài),在一定程度上間接反應(yīng)長(zhǎng)壽老人機(jī)體的免疫功能處于一種穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)。

Health and longevity is not only the eternal theme of life science research, but also the ultimate challenge to life science. Nowadays, the aging of the population is becoming more and more serious. It is of great scientific and social significance to delay the aging, prolong the healthy period, shorten the period of carrying disease and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
