【摘要】：正我國人口老齡化進(jìn)程將加快,老年人口高齡化特征將日益凸顯。人口的老齡化伴隨而來的是衰老相關(guān)疾病如心腦血管疾病、神經(jīng)變性疾病、骨質(zhì)疏松、糖尿病、惡性腫瘤、自身免疫性疾病等高發(fā),因此衰老及其干預(yù)措施的研究對提高我國老年人的生活質(zhì)量、減少醫(yī)療費(fèi)用具有至關(guān)重要的意義,進(jìn)行衰老機(jī)制與干預(yù)的基礎(chǔ)研究也已經(jīng)成為國際生命科學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的前沿和熱點(diǎn)�！稄V東醫(yī)學(xué)院學(xué)報》(CN 44-1375/R,ISSN 1005-4057,雙月刊)是由廣東醫(yī)科大學(xué)主辦、國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)行的醫(yī)學(xué)類專業(yè)性學(xué)術(shù)期刊,創(chuàng)刊于1983
[Abstract]:The aging process of China's population will be accelerated, the aging characteristics of the elderly population will become increasingly prominent. The aging of the population is accompanied by a high incidence of age-related diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, osteoporosis, diabetes, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, etc. Therefore, the study of aging and its intervention is of vital significance to improve the quality of life of the elderly in our country and to reduce the medical costs. The basic research on aging mechanism and intervention has also become the frontier and hot spot in the field of international life sciences.
