單神經(jīng)元分辨水平的小鼠全腦網(wǎng)絡(luò)可視化

【摘要】:腦科學(xué)是當(dāng)今國際科技研究的前沿領(lǐng)域。腦是最復(fù)雜的器官,其中尚有諸多重大的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)問題有待解決。開展腦科學(xué)研究需多學(xué)科人員協(xié)同攻關(guān),對于建立新學(xué)科將有極大的促進(jìn)作用,對于人類健康和社會發(fā)展具有巨大的推動作用。簡述了神經(jīng)科學(xué)在結(jié)構(gòu)成像方面的基礎(chǔ)性需求,介紹了小鼠全腦可視化的發(fā)展歷程以及近幾年的代表性研究,并展望了全腦可視化研究的發(fā)展趨勢,對可能存在的難點(diǎn)予以說明。
[Abstract]:Brain science is the frontier field of international science and technology research. The brain is the most complex organ, in which there are many important basic scientific problems to be solved. The development of brain science research requires the cooperation of multi-disciplinary personnel, which will greatly promote the establishment of new disciplines and promote human health and social development. The basic demands of neuroscience in structural imaging are briefly introduced, the development course of mouse whole brain visualization and its representative research in recent years are introduced, and the development trend of whole brain visualization is prospected. Explain the possible difficulties.
