【摘要】：目的:加強對影響體質(zhì)的因素的研究,特別是目前由于肥胖、心理問題等體質(zhì)因素引起的一系列世界性的健康問題,應(yīng)該爭取多學(xué)科聯(lián)合研究,探清原因,對癥下藥,使學(xué)生的鍛煉更自覺、更科學(xué),真正促使學(xué)生的生活、行為向更健康的方向發(fā)展。 實驗方法:由同一專業(yè)人員對受試個體進行人體形態(tài)和機能的一些指標(biāo)的測量,包括身高、體重、血壓、脈搏測量及身體相關(guān)體段的圍度,身體相關(guān)部位的皮下脂肪厚度,臺階最大耗氧量試驗等,然后通過計算機進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)上的計算和處理。 實驗結(jié)果:得出各個測量指標(biāo)的平均值以及95%的參考值范圍,同時通過公式得到體重指數(shù)(BMI)的平均值為21.62kg/m~2±2.03,腰髖比(WHR)的平均值為0.83%±0.04,脂肪比例(BF%)的平均值為35.6%±0.01和最大氧耗量(VO2max)的平均值為1.3 L/min±0.3以及它們95%的參考值范圍。 結(jié)論:1.大學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康是大學(xué)生全面和諧發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the research on the factors affecting physical constitution, especially a series of global health problems caused by obesity, psychological problems and other physical factors, we should strive for a joint multidisciplinary study to find out the causes and find out the right remedy for the case. Make students exercise more consciously, more scientific, truly promote the student's life, behavior to a healthier direction. Methods: the body shape and function of the subjects were measured by the same professional, including height, weight, blood pressure, pulse measurement, circumference of body related body segment, thickness of subcutaneous fat in related parts of body. Step maximum oxygen consumption test, and then through the computer statistical calculation and processing. Experimental results: the average value of each measurement index and the range of 95% reference value are obtained. The mean value of body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), fat ratio (BF%) and maximum oxygen consumption (VO2max) were 21.62kg/m~2 鹵2.03, 0.83% 鹵0.04, 35.6% 鹵0.01,1.3 L/min 鹵0.3 and 95% respectively.
