復(fù)方鹿角霜對(duì)膠原誘導(dǎo)性關(guān)節(jié)炎模型小鼠抗炎作用研究
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Lujiao cream on the expression of inflammatory cytokines and histopathology of synovium in (CIA) of mice with collagen-induced arthritis. Methods CIA model was established in mice. The experimental mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, model control group, compound Lujiao cream low, high dose group (C1C 2 group), Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside group. After the first immunization, the general situation of mice was observed and the occurrence of paw lesions before and after immunization was recorded. After the second immunization, the compound antler cream C _ 1C _ 2 group was given the compound antler cream 2.5g kg-1 d ~ (-1) by gavage, and the tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet 13.6 g kg-1 d ~ (-1) by gavage for 4 weeks. Serum samples were collected from mice after administration, and the expression of tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in serum of mice were detected by Elisa (ELISA). The serum levels of tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in mice were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The histopathological changes of synovial membrane were observed under light microscope. Results compared with the model control group, the serum TNF- 偽 of the C _ 1C _ 2 group and the Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside group were significantly decreased, while the serum IL-4 level of the compound antler cream group was higher than that of the control group. Synovial tissue proliferation was observed in the model control group, and the joint morphology was improved in each administration group. Conclusion compound Lujiao cream can alleviate the symptoms of arthritis redness and swelling induced by collagen in mice, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of inflammatory factor TNF- 偽 and the regulation of anti-inflammatory factor IL-4.
