【摘要】：目的調(diào)查2012-2013年廣州市散發(fā)性腹瀉諾如病毒(NoV)流行狀況和流行特點(diǎn)。方法收集2012-2013年廣州地區(qū)門急診散發(fā)性腹瀉患者糞便標(biāo)本2 236份,采用熒光定量RT-PCR對采集的標(biāo)本進(jìn)行NoV核酸檢測并初步分型,收集并分析病人的臨床基本信息,分析NoV陽性檢出率在不同年齡段、性別、月份季節(jié)差異,同時對NoV陽性的標(biāo)本進(jìn)行A組輪狀病毒、B組輪狀病毒、C組輪狀病毒、腺病毒、札如病毒、星狀病毒檢測,研究其混合感染情況。結(jié)果 NoV陽性檢出率為10.60%(237/2 236),以GⅡ型為主。NoV在18~40歲的青年人中檢出率最高(16.47%),7~17歲少年最低(3.67%),男女檢出率差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。NoV全年都可檢測到,夏季為高發(fā)季節(jié),其中7~8月份檢出率最高。NoV與其他腸道病毒共感染率為14.35%(34/237),其中與A組輪狀病毒共感染率最高。結(jié)論廣州地區(qū)NoV夏季為高發(fā)季節(jié)。在18~40歲的青年人中檢出率最高,以GⅡ型感染為主,混合感染最常見為A組輪狀病毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the epidemic status and characteristics of sporadic diarrhea norovirus (Nov) in Guangzhou in 2012-2013. Methods A total of 2 236 stool samples from outpatient and emergency patients with sporadic diarrhea were collected from Guangzhou from 2012 to 2013. The samples were detected by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR and classified into Nov nucleic acid, and the basic clinical information was collected and analyzed. The positive rate of Nov was analyzed in different age, sex, month and season. Group A rotavirus group B rotavirus group C rotavirus, adenovirus, serovar virus and stellate virus were detected. The mixed infection was studied. Results the positive rate of Nov was 10.60% (237 / 2 236). Among the young people aged 1840 (16.47%), the positive rate of Nov was the highest (16.47%). There was no significant difference between male and female (P0.05). The coinfection rate of Nov with other enterovirus was 14.35% (34 / 237) in August, and the coinfection rate with group A rotavirus was the highest.
