【摘要】：大學(xué)生的心理問題發(fā)生率在10%-30%之間,心理問題影響了大學(xué)生正常的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,并且已經(jīng)成為我國大學(xué)生休學(xué)、退學(xué)和自殺的主要原因之一。護(hù)理專業(yè)的學(xué)生(護(hù)生)是大學(xué)生中一個(gè)以女性為主的特殊群體,其心理健康與否直接影響她們的學(xué)習(xí)、生活以及自身的發(fā)展,甚至關(guān)系到未來護(hù)理工作的質(zhì)量和護(hù)理隊(duì)伍的穩(wěn)定。近年來,對護(hù)生的心理健康研究呈上升趨勢,其中心理健康現(xiàn)況調(diào)查報(bào)告占據(jù)主要比例,并且主要限于中�；虼髮Ｄ骋粚哟巍⒛骋粚W(xué)校、某一年級(jí)的調(diào)查,國內(nèi)對不同層次護(hù)生心理健康狀況的對比研究以及心理健康影響因素的研究較少,使用嚴(yán)格的病例對照方法研究不同層次尤其是本科護(hù)生心理健康整體水平的主要影響因素尚未見報(bào)道。 目的:通過調(diào)查和分析,了解中專、大專、本科三個(gè)層次護(hù)生的心理健康狀況,研究影響護(hù)生心理健康的相關(guān)因素,為及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)護(hù)生的心理問題、有的放矢地對其進(jìn)行心理健康教育和心理問題的干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。 方法:①整群、分層抽取西安市護(hù)理專業(yè)中專、大專、本科三
[Abstract]:The incidence of psychological problems of college students ranges from 10% to 30%, which affects the normal study and life of college students, and has become one of the main reasons for college students to quit school, withdraw from school and commit suicide in China.Nursing students (nursing students) are a special group of college students, whose mental health has a direct impact on their study, life and their own development.It is even related to the quality of future nursing work and the stability of nursing staff.In recent years, the research on mental health of nursing students is on the rise, in which mental health survey reports occupy the main proportion, and are mainly limited to the survey of a level, a school, a grade in a technical secondary school or a junior college.The comparative study on mental health status of nursing students at different levels and the research on the influencing factors of mental health are few in China.The main influencing factors of mental health of nursing students at different levels, especially undergraduate nursing students, have not been reported by using strict case-control method.Objective: through investigation and analysis, to understand the mental health status of nursing students in technical secondary school, junior college and undergraduate level, and to study the related factors that affect the mental health of nursing students, so as to find out the psychological problems of nursing students in time.To provide the basis for mental health education and intervention of psychological problems.Methods: 1 cluster, stratified extraction of Xi'an nursing specialty technical secondary school, junior college, undergraduate three
