【摘要】： 目前對(duì)內(nèi)囊進(jìn)行斷層解剖研究資料不全且欠精確、詳細(xì),基礎(chǔ)研究滯后于臨床應(yīng)用。為滿足立體定向手術(shù)治療內(nèi)囊病變時(shí)內(nèi)囊靶點(diǎn)的準(zhǔn)確確定及穿刺針道的正確選擇,我們應(yīng)用計(jì)算機(jī)成像技術(shù)研究正常人體內(nèi)囊的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),測(cè)量?jī)?nèi)囊各部的徑線、質(zhì)心、體積等三維空間的形態(tài)和位置的解剖學(xué)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)正常內(nèi)囊進(jìn)行三維重建及立體顯示。在坐標(biāo)系統(tǒng)中重建的內(nèi)囊可隨意放大、縮小、旋轉(zhuǎn)及切割,易于掌握其空間形態(tài)和具體位置,有助于“靶點(diǎn)”和“靶道”的確定,因此使立體定向手術(shù)治療內(nèi)囊部位的腦血管性疾病、功能性神經(jīng)外科疾病及精神外科疾病更趨安全、精確,也為日益發(fā)展的影像學(xué)技術(shù)提供精確、可靠的數(shù)據(jù)和圖像,同時(shí)為遠(yuǎn)程診治和多媒體教學(xué)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:At present, the sectional anatomy of the internal capsule is incomplete, inaccurate and detailed, and the basic research lags behind the clinical application.In order to meet the needs of accurate determination of internal capsule target and correct choice of puncture needle path in stereotactic surgery, we used computer imaging technique to study the morphology and structure of normal human internal capsule, and to measure the diameter and centroid of each part of the internal capsule.The anatomical data of the shape and position of the three-dimensional space, such as volume, were used to reconstruct and display the normal internal capsule.The internal capsule reconstructed in the coordinate system can be magnified, narrowed, rotated and cut at will, and it is easy to grasp its spatial form and specific position, which is helpful to the determination of "target" and "target path".Therefore, stereotactic surgery for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, functional neurosurgical diseases and psychiatric diseases in the internal capsule is safer and more accurate, and provides accurate and reliable data and images for the increasingly developed imaging techniques.At the same time for remote diagnosis and treatment and multimedia teaching lay a solid foundation.
