【摘要】:生長(zhǎng)激素(growth hormone,GH)是調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體生長(zhǎng)、發(fā)育、代謝和免疫功能的重要激素,其分泌紊亂與營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良、肥胖以及糖尿病等臨床疾病密切相關(guān)。影響垂體前葉生長(zhǎng)激素的合成與分泌的因素很多,如下丘腦分泌的生長(zhǎng)激素釋放激素(GH-releasing hormone,GHRH)和生長(zhǎng)抑素(somatostatin,SS),當(dāng)下丘腦分泌的SS減少或GHRH分泌過(guò)多,長(zhǎng)期刺激垂體可使之增生或形成腺瘤。另外,體外合成的生長(zhǎng)激素釋放肽(GH-releasing peptides,GHRP)及內(nèi)源性的GHRP(ghrelin)都對(duì)GH的合成與分泌有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。有研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)許多神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)、細(xì)胞因子及一些外周物質(zhì)對(duì)GH的合成分泌也有調(diào)節(jié)作用。現(xiàn)有資料表明,垂體局部可產(chǎn)生很多分子較小的神經(jīng)肽、生長(zhǎng)因子或細(xì)胞因子等生物活性肽。這些活性肽通過(guò)旁分泌或自分泌作用,既能調(diào)節(jié)垂體前葉細(xì)胞的分化、發(fā)育和成熟,也能調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞的功能。它們?cè)诖贵w內(nèi)形成一個(gè)信息網(wǎng),可以整合來(lái)自中樞及外周的信息,在垂體水平對(duì)GH的分泌、合成、調(diào)控發(fā)揮重要作用。 leptin是由167個(gè)氨基酸構(gòu)成的蛋白質(zhì),由肥胖基因(obese gene,ob
[Abstract]:Growth hormone growth hormone (GH) is an important hormone that regulates the growth, development, metabolism and immune function of the body. Its secretion disorder is closely related to malnutrition, obesity, diabetes and other clinical diseases.There are many factors that influence the synthesis and secretion of growth hormone in anterior pituitary lobe, such as GH-releasing hormone GHRH of hypothalamus and somatostatin of somatostatin, when the SS secretion of hypothalamus decreases or GHRH secretion is excessive.Long-term stimulation of the pituitary gland may cause it to proliferate or form adenoma.In addition, growth hormone releasing peptide (GH-releasing peptide) and endogenous growth hormone (GHRP) can regulate the synthesis and secretion of GH in vitro.It has also been found that many neurotransmitters, cytokines and some peripheral substances also regulate the synthesis and secretion of GH.The available data show that many bioactive peptides such as neuropeptides, growth factors or cytokines can be produced locally in the pituitary gland.These active peptides can regulate the differentiation, development and maturation of anterior pituitary cells by paracrine or autocrine.They form an information network in the pituitary gland which can integrate the information from the central and peripheral areas and play an important role in the secretion synthesis and regulation of GH at the pituitary level.Leptin is a protein consisting of 167 amino acids.
