【摘要】：目的:(1)探討多個(gè)原核期形態(tài)學(xué)指標(biāo)與Day3(取卵后第三天)胚胎著床之間的關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證并篩選能正確反映胚胎移植后種植潛能的原核期形態(tài)指標(biāo);(2)探討多個(gè)Day3胚胎形態(tài)學(xué)指標(biāo)和胚胎著床的關(guān)系,篩選能正確反映胚胎移植后種植潛能的Day3胚胎形態(tài)指標(biāo);(3)根據(jù)篩選的原核期和Day3胚胎形態(tài)觀察指標(biāo),建立原核期胚胎評(píng)分、Day2(取卵后第二天)胚胎評(píng)分、Day3胚胎評(píng)分及Day3聯(lián)合原核綜合評(píng)分系統(tǒng)。 方法:前瞻性分析2004年10月～2005年1月,在南方醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心接受輔助生殖治療的166位不孕患者。(1)166位不孕患者中,選取年齡均≤35歲,HCG日子宮內(nèi)膜厚度均≥8mm,且Day3進(jìn)行胚胎移植后100%植入的共30個(gè)移植周期患者(56個(gè)胚胎,植入組),同時(shí)隨機(jī)選取滿足上述條件的100%未植入32個(gè)移植周期患者(64個(gè)胚胎,未植入組)。根據(jù)原核期形態(tài)包括兩原核是否相鄰、大小、居于胞漿中的位置,核仁前體(Nucleolar precursor bodies,NPB)的排列方式、大小、數(shù)目,極體是否完整,胞漿暈的有無(wú),胞質(zhì)顏色及顆粒是否正常,胞質(zhì)內(nèi)空泡的有無(wú)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),比較原核期形態(tài)與胚胎種植成功與否之間的相關(guān)性。(2)相同62個(gè)移植周期患者,根據(jù)Day3胚胎形態(tài)包括卵裂球數(shù)目、卵裂球大小差異、卵裂球核、卵裂球顏色及顆粒、碎片比例和碎片類(lèi)型、胞質(zhì)內(nèi)空泡、透明帶厚度及形狀方面進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),比較Day3胚胎形態(tài)與胚胎種植成功與否之間的相關(guān)性。(3)根據(jù)上述實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,選取原核期兩原核形態(tài)、
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between the morphological indices of multiple prokaryotes and embryo implantation in Day3 (the third day after oviposition).To verify and screen the prokaryote morphological index which can correctly reflect the implantation potential after embryo transfer, and to explore the relationship between multiple Day3 embryo morphological indexes and embryo implantation.The morphological index of Day3 embryos, which can correctly reflect the implantation potential after embryo transfer, was screened according to the prokaryote stage and the morphological observation index of Day3 embryos.The embryo scoring system of day 2 (the second day after oviposition) and the embryo score of day 3 and Day3 combined with prokaryotic evaluation were established.Methods: from October 2004 to January 2005, 166 infertile patients received adjuvant reproductive treatment in the Center of Reproductive Medicine of Southern Hospital.A total of 30 patients (56 embryos) with 100% Day3 implantation after embryo transfer were selected.
