【摘要】：前言 自殺是指個人在意識清楚的情況下,因社會心理沖突而產(chǎn)生的一種有計劃的、自愿地結(jié)束自己生命的行為。目前自殺是一種比較嚴重的社會公共衛(wèi)生問題。自殺率高低與其居民對自殺的態(tài)度具有密切的關系,有效的自殺預防必須以對公眾自殺態(tài)度的深入了解為基礎。研究公眾對自殺行為性質(zhì)、自殺者、自殺者家屬、安樂死的態(tài)度,都會對預防自殺起到有益的幫助和積極的作用。 青少年自殺人數(shù)在逐年增加,且有低齡化趨勢。社會變革引起人們思想觀念、價值取向、行為規(guī)范的深刻變化,使教師承受了巨大的心理壓力,勢必帶來群體性態(tài)度反常和行為紊亂,影響高校教師對自殺的看法。作為高等教育主體的高校教師,其對自殺的態(tài)度以及是否會影響大學生對自殺的態(tài)度,目前尚未見到報道。 材料和方法 本研究采取整群分層抽樣的方法,隨機抽取某校532名教師及1004名學生為調(diào)查對象,采用自殺態(tài)度問卷(Suicide Attitude Questionnaire,QSA)對其進行調(diào)查。QSA共29個條目,分4個維度:(1)F1—對自殺行為的態(tài)度,9項;(2)F2—對自殺者的態(tài)度,10項;(3)F3—對自殺者家屬的態(tài)度,5項;(4)F4—對安樂死的態(tài)度,5項。每個條目按完全贊同、贊同、中立、不贊同、完全不贊同5級評分。計算每個維度的均分,以2.5和3.5分為兩個分界值,將其劃分為三個部分,≤2.5分認為對自殺持肯定、認可、理解和寬容的態(tài)度,2.5～3.5分為矛盾或中立態(tài)度,≥3.5認為對自殺持反對、否定、
[Abstract]:Foreword. Suicide refers to a planned form of social and psychological conflict that occurs when individuals are clearly aware of it. The act of voluntarily ending one's life. At present, suicide is a serious social and public health problem. The suicide rate is closely related to the attitude of its residents towards suicide.
