【摘要】： 胚胎從一個受精卵細胞經(jīng)過40周的發(fā)育成為足月胎兒的過程中，每一時刻都在發(fā)生復雜的動態(tài)變化。了解不同時期胎兒形體與胚胎臟器發(fā)育變化的關(guān)系可以評估胎兒發(fā)育狀況，為胚胎學研究、優(yōu)生優(yōu)育、新生兒科學、婦產(chǎn)科學和影像診斷學等學科制定判斷胎兒發(fā)育水平的標準提供依據(jù)；研究胚胎與胎兒器官發(fā)育的變化趨勢也可以客觀評價中國人發(fā)育體質(zhì)質(zhì)量。 運用解剖并測量不同時期發(fā)育的胚胎外形和主要內(nèi)臟的數(shù)值，并用組織學方法對胚胎心臟和腎臟切片進行觀察，與15年前的資料進行比較的方法。得出結(jié)論，胎兒最快生長階段的起始時間可能出現(xiàn)在胚胎形成的第1.5個月。主動脈、肺動脈外徑的發(fā)育速度在胚胎發(fā)育的各階段均相近。腎上腺體積大于或等于腎臟。胎兒的上、下肢、手和足的發(fā)育隨胎齡增加呈直線型增長。胎兒頜面部的生長速度與顱腦的生長速度相似。胎兒體重發(fā)生了較大的變化，，除胎齡3個月的胎兒外，其他的各月份的胎兒體重均高于15年前的胎兒體重。
[Abstract]:Embryos from a fertilized egg cell after 40 weeks of development has become a process of full-term fetus in each moment in the dynamic changes of the complex. To understand the relationship between different periods of fetal body and embryonic developmental changes can assess fetal growth, for embryological studies of eugenics, neonatology, obstetrics and Gynecology and diagnostic imaging subject determine fetal development standards provide the basis for the study; embryonic and fetal organ development trends can also objectively evaluate Chinese physical development quality.
The use of numerical embryonic form and main internal organs were dissected and measured in different periods of development, and the embryonic heart and kidney sections were observed by histological method, the method of comparison between data from 15 years ago. The conclusion that the starting time of the fastest growth stage of the fetus may appear in 1.5 months in the formation of the embryo. The aorta the speed of development, the pulmonary artery diameter in different stages of embryonic development were similar. The adrenal gland volume is greater than or equal to the kidney. The fetus, lower limbs, hands and feet of the development of a linear increase with the increase of gestational age. The growth rate of the growth rate of maxillofacial region and brain.
