【摘要】：目的觀察刺糖多糖及異常黑膽質(zhì)成熟劑(ASMq)對(duì)S180荷瘤小鼠動(dòng)物模型生長的影響。方法建立S180荷瘤小鼠動(dòng)物模型,采用體內(nèi)試驗(yàn)方法,分別檢測(cè)刺糖多糖與其復(fù)方ASMq對(duì)S180實(shí)體瘤小鼠抑瘤率及相關(guān)臟器指數(shù)的影響;采用酶聯(lián)免疫實(shí)驗(yàn)(ELISA)對(duì)小鼠血清中腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)和干擾素γ(IFN-γ)含量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組比較,刺糖多糖與其復(fù)方ASMq同時(shí)具有抑制腫瘤生長的作用,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),以刺糖低劑量組的抑瘤作用更為明顯。與對(duì)照組比較,刺糖多糖與其復(fù)方ASMq均可提高荷瘤小鼠血清TNF-α、IFN-γ的含量,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論刺糖多糖及其復(fù)方ASMq可抑制荷瘤小鼠瘤塊的生長,能促進(jìn)荷瘤小鼠免疫細(xì)胞分泌TNF-α。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effects of glycosaminoglycan and abnormal nigrocholic mature agent (ASMq) on the growth of S180 tumor-bearing mice. Methods the animal model of S180 tumor-bearing mice was established, and the effects of polysaccharide and its compound ASMq on the tumor inhibition rate and related organ index of S180 solid tumor mice were detected by in vivo test, and the contents of tumor necrosis factor-偽 (TNF- 偽) and interferon-gamma (IFN- 緯) in serum of mice were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results compared with the control group, Scutellaria polysaccharide and its compound ASMq could inhibit tumor growth at the same time, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), especially in the low dose group. Compared with the control group, both spiny polysaccharide and its compound ASMq could increase the contents of TNF- 偽 and IFN- 緯 in serum of tumor-bearing mice, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Sugar polysaccharide and its compound ASMq can inhibit the growth of tumor mass in tumor-bearing mice and promote the secretion of TNF- 偽 by immune cells in tumor-bearing mice.
