胚胎早期心管發(fā)育過程中的信號調(diào)控

【摘要】:心臟發(fā)生是脊椎動物器官發(fā)生中的最早進程之一,其重要功能是為機體提供營養(yǎng)和氧氣.心管作為最初心臟的功能承載體和心臟的原基,起著至關(guān)重要的作用.心管發(fā)育過程受多種信號通路的嚴密調(diào)控,研究證實Wnt信號、Notch信號、BMP信號、FGF信號等均參與心管發(fā)育的有關(guān)過程,介紹動物胚胎早期心管發(fā)育過程中的相關(guān)信號傳導(dǎo)調(diào)控機制的研究現(xiàn)狀及進展.
[Abstract]:Cardiac development is one of the earliest processes in vertebrate organogenesis. Its important function is to provide nutrition and oxygen to the body. As the functional carrier of the initial heart and the primordial basis of the heart, the cardiac tube plays a vital role. Wnt signal, Notch signal, BMP signal and FGF signal are all involved in the process of cardiac development. The present situation and progress in the regulation of signal transduction during the early stage of cardiac tube development in animal embryos are introduced in this paper.
