生物節(jié)律及其基因研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:正大量研究結(jié)果表明,生物節(jié)律的紊亂與多種疾病的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)密切相關(guān),如糖尿病、代謝失調(diào)、睡眠障礙、肥胖、抑郁癥以及多種惡性腫瘤等。因此,國內(nèi)外對生物鐘系統(tǒng)的研究已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),包括在機(jī)體器官和組織中的具體定位、物質(zhì)代謝、胞內(nèi)和胞間信使的網(wǎng)絡(luò)偶聯(lián)以及調(diào)控分子的表達(dá)等。尤其是晝夜節(jié)律對機(jī)體的作用機(jī)制的研究,已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)。本文檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),綜述如下。1生物節(jié)律基因之間的相互作用
[Abstract]:Positive results show that the disorder of biological rhythm is closely related to the risk of many diseases, such as diabetes, metabolic disorders, sleep disorders, obesity, depression and many kinds of malignant tumors. Therefore, the research on the biological clock system has become a hot topic at home and abroad, including the specific location in organs and tissues, the metabolism of substances, the network coupling of intracellular and intercellular messengers, and the regulation of molecular expression.
