【摘要】：正大量研究結(jié)果表明,生物節(jié)律的紊亂與多種疾病的發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn)密切相關(guān),如糖尿病、代謝失調(diào)、睡眠障礙、肥胖、抑郁癥以及多種惡性腫瘤等。因此,國內(nèi)外對生物鐘系統(tǒng)的研究已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),包括在機(jī)體器官和組織中的具體定位、物質(zhì)代謝、胞內(nèi)和胞間信使的網(wǎng)絡(luò)偶聯(lián)以及調(diào)控分子的表達(dá)等。尤其是晝夜節(jié)律對機(jī)體的作用機(jī)制的研究,已經(jīng)成為各個(gè)研究領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)。本文檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),綜述如下。1生物節(jié)律基因之間的相互作用
