大鼠不同器官組織的脫水方法改進

【摘要】:正近期,本實驗室于大鼠組織病理學實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn),若按大鼠常規(guī)脫水時間和流程制備大鼠的組織蠟塊,則組織切片易碎裂,染色易脫片,造成后續(xù)工作無法進行。即便使用防脫片劑效果亦不佳,尚未脫片的組織切片HE染色及特殊染色結果亦不理想。本實驗室根據(jù)大鼠各個器官組織特點進行試驗后,改進了大鼠組織的脫水方法取得較好效果,現(xiàn)介紹如下。
[Abstract]:Recently, we found in the histopathological experiment of rats that if the tissue wax blocks were prepared according to the routine dehydration time and procedure of rats, the tissue sections were easily broken and stained easily, which caused the subsequent work could not be carried out. The results of HE staining and special staining of tissue sections without strippers were not satisfactory, even though the effect of anti-stripping agent was not good. According to the characteristics of various organs and tissues of rats, the dehydration method of rat tissues has been improved and the results are as follows.
