【摘要】:正光遺傳學技術自2005年被斯坦福大學Karl Deisseroth教授報道以來,在神經科學研究中的應用呈井噴式增長。但遺憾的是,這種光控神經元活性的技術,在活體動物脊髓刺激中的應用一直受限,主要原因在于傳統(tǒng)的光纖植入技術很可能造成脊柱活動的受限,從而影響動物的日常活動,因此無法實現(xiàn)清醒自由活動動物記錄的目的。最近,美國斯坦福大學電子工程系
[Abstract]:Orthophotogenetics has been widely used in neuroscience research since it was reported by Karl Deisseroth professor at Stanford University in 2005. Unfortunately, this photo-controlled neuron activity technique has been limited in the use of spinal cord stimuli in living animals, mainly because traditional optical fiber implantation techniques are likely to limit spinal activity and thus affect animals' daily activities.
