【摘要】：生物組學(xué)技術(shù)在生物學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)上的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用,為精準(zhǔn)的個(gè)體化預(yù)防、診斷、治療提供了關(guān)鍵性的技術(shù)體系,精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)模式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物學(xué)研究是疾病發(fā)病機(jī)制研究轉(zhuǎn)化到臨床不可或缺的手段。為應(yīng)對(duì)目前嚴(yán)重危害人類疾病的復(fù)雜性、多樣性特點(diǎn),2002年國(guó)際復(fù)雜性狀聯(lián)盟(Complex Trait Consortium,CTC)倡議研發(fā)建立新的小鼠遺傳資源庫(kù);通過(guò)不同純系小鼠品系間的雜交創(chuàng)建小鼠復(fù)雜性狀遺傳資源庫(kù)(Collaborative Cross mice,CC小鼠)。隨著原始親本小鼠(founder)選定、雜交品系的繁殖,CC小鼠在檢測(cè)小鼠表型、疾病易感性、疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展及預(yù)后與遺傳因素的關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行了系列的嘗試。文中將就CC小鼠在疾病發(fā)生發(fā)展及藥物評(píng)價(jià)個(gè)體化研究中的應(yīng)用做一簡(jiǎn)要介紹。
[Abstract]:The transformation and application of biometrics in biology and medicine provide a key technical system for precise individualized prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and the model of precision medicine emerges as the times require. Experimental zoology is an indispensable means for the study of the pathogenesis of disease into clinical practice. In order to deal with the complexity and diversity of human diseases, the International Union of complex traits (Complex Trait Consortium,CTC) initiated the development of a new mouse genetic resource bank in 2002. Mouse complex genetic resource library (Collaborative Cross mice,CC mice) was created by hybridization among different strains of pure mice. With the selection of the original parent (founder) and the reproduction of the hybrid strain, CC mice made a series of attempts in detecting the phenotype, disease susceptibility, disease occurrence and development, prognosis and genetic factors of the mice. This paper will briefly introduce the application of CC mice in the individualized study of disease development and drug evaluation.
