【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)觀察腹腔干(CA)各分支解剖變異情況,為臨床實(shí)踐提供依據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。方法:回顧性分析2016年4月—2016年8月行腹部多層螺旋CT掃描血管成像患者的影像資料,觀察CA及其分支起源及走行情況,并進(jìn)行分類統(tǒng)計(jì)。結(jié)果:共納入425例患者,其中男280例,女145例。將CA分為5大類型,I型共240例(56.5%),其中Ia型168例,Ib型有67例,Ic型5例;II型159例(37.4%);III型23例(5.4%),包括IIIa型9例,IIIb型14例;IV型2例(0.5%),男、女各1例;V型1例(0.2%)。結(jié)論:CA變異率較高,掌握其變異情況,對臨床醫(yī)生具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize and observe the anatomic variation of (CA) branches in celiac trunk, and to provide basis and guidance for clinical practice. Methods: the imaging data of patients undergoing multislice spiral CT angiography from April 2016 to August 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.
