【摘要】：正在解剖一具身長(zhǎng)135 cm的男童尸體時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)雙側(cè)腎動(dòng)脈均有多支,同時(shí)伴有右側(cè)睪丸動(dòng)脈起始點(diǎn)變異(圖1),現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。右腎動(dòng)脈共有3支,均發(fā)自腹主動(dòng)脈右側(cè)壁。上支距腸系膜上動(dòng)脈根部右下方1.25 cm處發(fā)出,外徑3.3 mm,血管干長(zhǎng)3.2 cm,走在下腔靜脈的下方,于腰大肌前方行向腎門(mén),進(jìn)入腎中上段。中支距上支下緣2.55 cm處發(fā)出,外徑為2.2mm,血管干長(zhǎng)3.3 cm,走行在下腔靜脈的上方、輸尿管的下方斜向外下方進(jìn)入腎下段。下支起點(diǎn)較低,距腸系膜下動(dòng)脈起始處右下方1.1 cm處發(fā)出,外徑2.3 mm,血管干長(zhǎng)4.15 cm,走
[Abstract]:Both renal arteries were found to have multiple branches while dissecting a 135- cm boy body with a variation of the starting point of the right testicular artery (Fig. 1), as reported below. There are 3 right renal arteries, all from the right wall of abdominal aorta. The superior branch of the superior mesenteric artery appeared at the right and lower right part of the superior mesenteric artery, and the external diameter was 3.3 mm,. The trunk was 3.2 cm, long under the inferior vena cava, and the superior branch was in front of the psoas major to the renal hilum and entered the middle and upper part of the kidney. The middle branch was given out 2.55 cm from the inferior margin of the superior branch, with an external diameter of 2.2 mm. The trunk of the vessel was 3.3 cm, long, and the inferior part of the ureter was oblique outward into the lower part of the kidney, and the inferior vena cava was located on the top of the inferior vena cava. The origin of the inferior branch is lower, it is 1. 1 cm from the inferior mesenteric artery, and the external diameter is 2. 3 mm,. The trunk length is 4. 15 cm,.
