【摘要】：采用生物信息學(xué)預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)人AAA+(ATPases associated with diverse cellular Activities)ATP酶家族成員Ruvbl1蛋白質(zhì)的理化性質(zhì)、蛋白質(zhì)同源性、跨膜區(qū)域、核定位序列及信號(hào)肽、親/疏水性,蛋白質(zhì)高級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)、蛋白質(zhì)間相互作用、GO注釋進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析。人Ruvbl1蛋白有456個(gè)氨基酸,等電點(diǎn)為6.02,有核定位序列,無(wú)信號(hào)肽,蛋白質(zhì)具親水性且高度保守;二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)存在21個(gè)α螺旋和10個(gè)β折疊,相互作用蛋白及GO注釋提示其主要在細(xì)胞核中發(fā)揮功能。人Ruvbl1蛋白是DNA解螺旋的關(guān)鍵酶,通過(guò)解螺旋DNA為基因的同源重組以及DNA損傷修復(fù)提供結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Bioinformatics was used to predict the physicochemical properties, protein homology, transmembrane region, nuclear localization sequence, signal peptide, hydrophilic / hydrophobic, advanced protein structure of Ruvbl1 members of human AAA (ATPases associated with diverse cellular Activities) ATP enzyme family. Protein interactions were predicted by go annotation. Human Ruvbl1 protein has 456 amino acids, isoelectric point 6.02, nuclear localization sequence, no signal peptide, the protein is hydrophilic and highly conserved, the secondary structure has 21 偽 helix and 10 尾 folds. Interaction proteins and go annotations indicate that they play a major role in the nucleus. Human Ruvbl1 protein is the key enzyme of DNA unhelix, which provides structural basis for homologous recombination of gene and repair of DNA damage.
