【摘要】：炎癥的啟動、發(fā)展、消退是受到促炎性介質及內源性促消退介質調控的一系列主動過程。繼發(fā)現(xiàn)由花生四烯酸衍生的脂氧素及從炎癥消退階段的炎性滲出物中分離出由ω-3多不飽和脂肪酸轉化而來的消退素與保護素后,在自我消退炎性滲出物和脂質調控介質中最近發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個新的有效的抗炎家族稱為maresins。maresins由內源性二十二碳六烯酸通過活化的巨噬細胞轉化而成,在參與組織內環(huán)境平衡、炎癥消退、切口愈合和減輕疼痛、機體防御等方面發(fā)揮有益的作用。
[Abstract]:The initiation, development and regression of inflammation are a series of active processes regulated by proinflammatory mediators and endogenous mediators. After the discovery of lipoxygenin derived from arachidonic acid and the exudates from inflammatory exudates during the subsiding phase of inflammation, which were transformed by 蠅 -3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, A new effective anti-inflammatory family called maresins.maresins has recently been found in self-subsiding inflammatory exudates and lipid regulatory mediums, which is transformed by endogenous 22 carbohexaenoic acid through activated macrophages, and is involved in environmental balance in tissues. Inflammation subsided, wound healing and pain relief, body defense and other aspects play a useful role.
