小建中湯配伍不同糖類方對胃潰瘍模型小鼠預防的比較研究

【摘要】:目的:研究小建中湯配伍不同糖類方對胃潰瘍模型小鼠影響的差異及機制。方法 :根據(jù)灌胃無水乙醇法建立小鼠胃潰瘍模型,給模型小鼠連續(xù)灌藥7 d后眼球采血檢測血清SOD、MDA含量;采血后即處死小鼠,取全胃剖開測定潰瘍指數(shù),進行肉眼胃黏膜形態(tài)學觀察,并行HE染色,顯微鏡觀察胃組織病理學變化。結果:小建中湯飴糖組、小建中湯葡萄糖組能明顯降低胃潰瘍模型小鼠的潰瘍指數(shù),降低潰瘍模型小鼠血清中MDA含量,提高SOD含量,與模型組比較存在顯著性差異,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);小建中湯白砂糖組、小建中湯乳糖組與模型組比較無顯著性差異。結論:小建中湯飴糖組、小建中湯葡萄糖組對無水乙醇法致小鼠胃潰瘍具有一定的預防和保護作用,其機制可能與其抑制體內自由基生成、提高氧自由基清除系統(tǒng)活性等有關。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect and mechanism of Xiaojianzhong decoction (XJD) combined with different carbohydrate prescriptions on gastric ulcer model mice. Methods: the gastric ulcer model of mice was established according to the method of gastric anhydrous ethanol. After 7 days of continuous administration of drugs, the serum levels of SOD MDA were measured in the eyeball of the model mice, and the mice were killed immediately after the blood collection, and the ulcer index was determined by total gastric dissection. The pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed by microscope and HE staining. Results: Xiaojianzhong Tang caramel group and Xiaojianzhong decoction glucose group could significantly reduce the ulcer index, decrease the MDA content and increase the SOD content in the serum of the gastric ulcer model mice, and there was significant difference between the two groups. There was statistical significance (P0.05); there was no significant difference between the small Jianzhong decoction white sugar group and the lactose group and the model group. Conclusion: Xiaojianzhong Tang caramel group and Xiaojianzhong decoction glucose group have some preventive and protective effects on gastric ulcer induced by anhydrous ethanol in mice. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of free radical formation in vivo and the enhancement of oxygen free radical scavenging system activity.
