【摘要】：正隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異,人們生活質(zhì)量在不斷提高,壽命也在不斷延長,如何了解自身衰老情況并延緩衰老也已隨之成為熱門話題。因女性壽命普遍長于男性,在老年人群中女性居多,故對女性衰老問題的研究顯得尤為迫切。本文主要圍繞目前對女性衰老特點(diǎn)、相關(guān)影響因素及衰老度測量的研究進(jìn)行綜述。1衰老的不同概念及主要學(xué)說關(guān)于如何定義“衰老”,目前從生理方面進(jìn)行闡述的研究較多,即:在正常生長情況下,當(dāng)機(jī)體發(fā)育成熟后,伴隨年齡的
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, people's quality of life is improving and their life span is being prolonged. How to understand their own aging situation and delay aging has become a hot topic. Because the female life expectancy is longer than the male, the female is the majority in the old people, so the research on the female aging problem is particularly urgent. In this paper, the current research on the characteristics of female aging, related factors and the measurement of senescence degree is reviewed. 1 the different concepts and main theories of senescence about how to define "aging" are discussed in the present physiological aspects. That is, under normal growth conditions, when the body matures, it is accompanied by age.
