【摘要】：谷胱甘肽硫轉(zhuǎn)移酶K1(glutathione S-transferase kappa 1,GSTK1)是一個參與脂聯(lián)素分泌和多聚化的關(guān)鍵蛋白,且在線蟲中已經(jīng)證實,GSTK1與能量產(chǎn)生和脂質(zhì)代謝有關(guān)。同時GSTK1表達水平與肥胖呈負相關(guān),并能緩解內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)應激誘導的脂聯(lián)素水平下降,而且人GSTK1啟動子的多態(tài)性與胰島素分泌和脂肪沉積有關(guān),因此,GSTK1可能成為一個治療胰島素抵抗及其相關(guān)的代謝疾病潛在的藥物新靶點。
[Abstract]:Glutathione S-transferase (GSTK1) is a key protein involved in adiponectin secretion and polymerization, and it has been proved in nematode that GSTK1 is related to energy production and lipid metabolism. At the same time, the expression of GSTK1 was negatively correlated with obesity, and could alleviate the decrease of adiponectin level induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress, and the polymorphism of human GSTK1 promoter was related to insulin secretion and fat deposition. Therefore, GSTK1 may be a potential new drug target for insulin resistance and related metabolic diseases.
