【摘要】：目的了解生存理由在生活事件與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之間的中介作用,以及正念在生存理由與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)關(guān)系中的調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法整群抽取廣州某高校2 948名大一新生,采用青少年生活事件量表、青少年生存理由量表、五因素正念量表以及自殺行為問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果生活事件、自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、生存理由和正念的總分分別為(33.25±6.58)、(4.78±2.10)、(162.71±18.72)和(123.63±12.41)分;生活事件總分與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得分呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.32,P0.05),與生存理由總分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.16,P0.05);生存理由總分與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)得分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.32,P0.05);生活事件、生存理由與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)構(gòu)建的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型擬合度較好(χ~2=665.54,df=96,RM SEA=0.05,CFI=0.96,IFI=0.96,NFI=0.95,RFI=0.93),生存理由的中介效應(yīng)顯著;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的正念總分與生存理由的乘積項(xiàng)與自殺風(fēng)險(xiǎn)存在正相關(guān)(r=0.76),正念的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)顯著。結(jié)論生活事件、生存理由、正念與自殺行為的關(guān)系密切,是一個(gè)有調(diào)節(jié)的中介效應(yīng)模型。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mediating role of survival reason between life events and suicide risk and the regulating role of mindfulness in the relationship between survival reason and suicide risk. Methods A total of 2 948 freshmen from a university in Guangzhou were investigated by using the Youth Life events scale, the Youth living reason scale, the five factors mindfulness scale and the suicide behavior questionnaire. Results the total scores of life events, suicide risk, survival reasons and mindfulness were 33.25 鹵6.58 and 123.63 鹵12.41, respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between the total score of life events and the score of suicide risk, a significant negative correlation between the total score of life events and the total score of survival reasons, and a significant negative correlation between the total score of life events and the score of suicide risk, and a significant negative correlation between the total score of life events and the score of suicide risk. The structural equation model of survival reason and suicide risk was fitted well (蠂 ~ 2 / 665.54 / dfg ~ (96) RMS / SEAA 0.05 / CFI ~ (0.96) / F ~ (0.96) ~ (0.96), the mediating effect of survival reason was significant, and there was a positive correlation between the standardized total mindfulness score and the product of survival reason and suicide risk, and the adjustment effect of mindfulness was significant. 3. The relationship between the structure equation model of survival reason and suicide risk was very good (蠂 ~ 2 / 665.54) (蠂 ~ 2 / 665.54) (蠂 ~ 2 / 665.54) and the adjustment effect of mindfulness was significant. Conclusion Life events, survival reasons, mindfulness and suicide behavior are closely related, which is a moderated intermediary effect model.
