【摘要】：人冠狀病毒HKU1株(HCo V-HKU1)屬于β-冠狀病毒,是人冠狀病毒中相對神秘的一員,近年來在HCo V-HKU1的體外培養(yǎng)和細(xì)胞受體研究方面取得了較大進(jìn)展。相關(guān)流行病學(xué)報道表明,HCo V-HKU1的發(fā)病率低,各地流行季節(jié)不一,我國主要是冬春季節(jié)高發(fā),并在內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)檢出首例HCo V-HKU1患者。本文就HCo VHKU1的流行病學(xué)、感染機(jī)制、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和檢測技術(shù)方面作一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:Human coronavirus (HKU1) belongs to 尾 -coronavirus and is a relatively mysterious member of human coronavirus. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of HCo V-HKU1 in vitro culture and cell receptor. The related epidemiological reports show that the incidence of HCO V-HKU1 is low and the epidemic seasons are different in different regions. The incidence of HCo V-HKU1 in China is mainly in winter and spring, and the first case of HCo V-HKU1 has been detected in Inner Mongolia. This article reviews the epidemiology, infection mechanism, cell culture and detection techniques of HCo VHKU1.
