非洲綠猴血液學和血清生化指標的測定及分析

【摘要】:目的檢測50只健康非洲綠猴血液學、血清生化指標,分析不同性別、不同年齡段(青幼年組:1~3歲,成年組:4~6歲)非洲綠猴的血液學、血清生化指標的差異。方法應用全自動血細胞分析儀及血液生化分析儀分別測定清醒狀態(tài)下健康非洲綠猴血液學及血清生化指標。結果血液學指標中青幼年組與成年組差異顯著的指標有紅細胞數(RBC)、血紅蛋白(HGB)、血細胞壓積(HCT)、中性粒細胞百分比(NEUT%)、淋巴細胞百分比(LYMPH%)、單核粒細胞百分比(MONO%)、嗜堿性粒細胞百分比(BASO%)(P0.05)。青幼年組中雌猴與雄猴差異顯著的指標有白細胞數(WBC)、RBC、HGB、HCT、NEUT%、LYMPH%、MONO%(P0.05),成年組中雌猴與雄猴差異顯著的指標有HCT(P0.05),其它指標差異不顯著。血清生化指標中青幼年組與成年組差異顯著的指標有白蛋白(ALB)、天門冬氨酸氨基轉移酶(AST)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、肌酐(CREA)(P0.05),青幼年組雌猴與雄猴差異顯著的指標有CREA(P0.05),成年組雌猴與雄猴差異顯著的指標有總蛋白(TP)、膽固醇(CHOL)(P0.05),其它指標差異不顯著。結論本文初步建立了非洲綠猴的常規(guī)生物學數據,為評價其生物學特性及相關應用提供一定的數據基礎,可供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the hematology and serum biochemical indexes of 50 healthy African green monkeys, and to analyze the differences of hematology and serum biochemical indexes of African green monkeys of different sex and age (young and young group: 1 + 3 years old, adult group: 4 ~ 6 years old). Methods Hematology and serum biochemical indexes of healthy African green monkey were measured by automatic hematology analyzer and blood biochemistry analyzer respectively. Results there were significant differences in hematologic indexes between young and green groups, such as red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT), neutrophil percentage (neuto), lymphocyte percentage (LYMPH), mononuclear cell (mononuclear), basic granulocyte (basophil) and basophil (basic granulocyte). The significant differences between female and male monkeys were as follows: the white blood cell count (WBC) of RBC / HGBHGBHGBHGBHGBHGBHGBHGBRBBCNBBBCHGBHGBHGBHGBHBNBBCNBBBCHGB / HGBHGB / HGBHGB / HGB / HGBHGB / HGBC / HGBC / HGBB / HGBC / HGB / HGB / HGB / HGB / HGBHGB / HGBHGB@@ Serum biochemical indexes: Albumin ALBX, aspartate aminotransferase (ASTT), alkaline phosphatase (ALPN), creatinine (CREAEAA) P0.05 in serum, creatine in young and young females and adult monkeys, and adult female monkeys, respectively. There were significant differences in total protein TPN and cholesterol Choll (P0.05) between male and male monkeys, but there was no significant difference in other indexes. Conclusion the conventional biological data of African green monkey are established in this paper, which can be used as a reference for the evaluation of its biological characteristics and related applications.
