【摘要】：[目的]探討中國人正常股骨髓腔近端解剖特點,研究股骨形態(tài)學參數(shù)影響因素,為設計更適合國人特點的假體提供解剖依據(jù)。[方法]選取本院2009年1月~2015年8月診斷為骨性關節(jié)炎、股骨頭無菌性壞死行初次全髖關節(jié)置換的患者共502人(572髖),術前拍攝患肢標準髖關節(jié)正側位X線片,應用PACS醫(yī)學圖像處理系統(tǒng)測量股骨近端解剖參數(shù)。對比中國人與西方人股骨近端解剖參數(shù)差異,應用多元線性回歸分析性別、年齡、身高、體重、是否飲酒對股骨近端髓腔解剖結構的影響。[結果]本組國人正常股骨髓腔近端解剖參數(shù)與Noble測量歐美人種的解剖參數(shù)均有差異。年齡、長期飲酒史對髓腔形態(tài)影響具有統(tǒng)計學意義。[結論]建立股骨近端解剖參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)庫,并設計出符合國人解剖特點的股骨側假體是十分重要的。種族、年齡、長期飲酒史等因素需納入假體柄設計的過程中。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to investigate the anatomical characteristics of the proximal femoral medullary cavity in Chinese, and to study the factors affecting the morphological parameters of the femur to provide an anatomical basis for the design of the prosthesis which is more suitable for the Chinese characteristics. [Methods] 502 patients were diagnosed as osteoarthritis in August, January 2009, and 502 patients with aseptic death of the femoral head (572) To compare the anatomical parameters of the proximal femur with the PACS medical image processing system, the anatomical parameters of the proximal femur of the Chinese and western people were compared. The effects of gender, age, height and weight on the anatomical structure of the proximal femoral medullary cavity were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The anatomical parameters of the proximal femoral medullary cavity in the normal femur of this group are different from that measured by Noble in Europe and America. Age, the influence of long-term drinking history on the shape of the medullary cavity is statistically significant. [Conclusion] it is very important to establish a database of the anatomical parameters of the proximal femur and to design a femoral side prosthesis conforming to the anatomical characteristics of the Chinese. Race, year. Age, long-term drinking history and other factors need to be incorporated into the design of prosthetic stems.
