跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)高齡大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的改善作用

【摘要】:目的探討大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能隨增齡的變化規(guī)律,以及運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)高齡大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的改善作用。方法對(duì)26月齡、8月齡和2月齡SD大鼠進(jìn)行為期2周的中等強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù),測(cè)定大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)前后前肢拉力、耐力、軀體向上活動(dòng)能力及極限速度4個(gè)機(jī)能指標(biāo),進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果 126月齡大鼠組的前肢拉力、耐力、軀體向上活動(dòng)能力、極限速度均顯著低于8月齡組和2月齡組,且后3個(gè)指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)增齡性下降;226月齡和8月齡組的前肢拉力運(yùn)動(dòng)后高于運(yùn)動(dòng)前,8月齡組和2月齡組的軀體向上活動(dòng)能力運(yùn)動(dòng)后高于運(yùn)動(dòng)前;3運(yùn)動(dòng)干預(yù)前后4項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能總評(píng)分進(jìn)行比較,26月齡組運(yùn)動(dòng)后顯著高于運(yùn)動(dòng)前。結(jié)論大鼠的前肢拉力、耐力、軀體向上活動(dòng)能力及極限速度等4項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能指標(biāo)呈增齡性下降,可作為大鼠運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的衰老指標(biāo)。中等強(qiáng)度的跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)能顯著改善高齡大鼠總運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the changes of motor function with age and the effect of exercise on motor function in aged rats.Methods SD rats aged 26 months or 8 months and 2 months of age were treated with moderate intensity treadmill exercise for 2 weeks. The four functional indexes of forelimb tension, endurance, body upward movement ability and limit speed were measured before and after exercise, and the results were compared and analyzed.Results in the 126-month-old group, the forelimb tension, endurance, body upward activity and ultimate velocity were significantly lower than those in the 8-month-old and 2-month-old groups.And the last three indexes showed that the body movement ability of the forelimb in 226 months and 8 months groups was higher than that in the 8 month group and the 2 month old group after exercise, and was higher than that in the 4 fingers before and after the intervention of 3 months old exercise before and after the exercise, and the later 3 indexes were higher than those in the group of 8 months old before exercise and the group of 2 months of age.The total score of motor function in 26 months group was significantly higher than that before exercise.Conclusion the four indexes of motor function, such as pulling strength, endurance, upward movement ability and limit speed of the forelimb, are decreased in aging, which can be used as an aging index of motor function in rats.Moderate treadmill exercise can significantly improve the decline of total motor function in aged rats.
