【摘要】：正近年來(lái),對(duì)胸腰筋膜(thoracolumbar fascia,TLF)的關(guān)注日漸提高。TLF是背部的深筋膜,由多層筋膜和腱膜層復(fù)雜排列而形成的結(jié)構(gòu),位于脊柱的胸椎和腰椎段。TLF可參與形成不同的結(jié)構(gòu),如椎旁韌帶鞘(paraspinal retinacular sheath,PRS)、側(cè)線(lateral raphe,LR)、胸腰椎復(fù)合物(thoracolumbar composite,TLC)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),如對(duì)肌肉及筋膜進(jìn)行收縮或牽
[Abstract]:Just recently, the thoracolumbar fascia (thoracolumbar fascia, TLF) on increasing.TLF is the back of the deep fascia, fascia and galea structure is composed of multi layer complex arrangement formed in the spine, thoracic and lumbar segment.TLF can participate in the formation of different structures, such as the paraspinal ligament sheath (paraspinal retinacular sheath, PRS (lateral), raphe, LR side), thoracolumbar compound (thoracolumbar composite, TLC).
