【摘要】：中性粒細胞胞外誘捕網(wǎng)是由DNA骨架、組蛋白、顆粒成分以及胞漿蛋白組成的網(wǎng)狀物,它通過捕獲致病微生物,抑制其擴散、滅活毒力因子以及清除病原體來發(fā)揮抗菌活性,中性粒細胞這種與其經(jīng)典的趨化、吞噬作用不同的胞外殺菌方式發(fā)揮著重要的固有免疫應答作用。然而,中性粒細胞胞外誘捕網(wǎng)的產(chǎn)生是一把雙刃劍。近年來有研究表明它可以導致凝血異常、刺激血栓形成并為其提供支架,但這一過程的機制并不十分清楚,可能與中性粒細胞胞外誘捕網(wǎng)的促凝活性以及凝血級聯(lián)反應的激活有關。本文將就中性粒細胞胞外誘捕網(wǎng)及其與血栓形成之間關系的研究進展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:The neutrophil extracellular entrapment is a network of DNA skeletons, histone, granule components and cytoplasmic proteins that act as antimicrobial agents by capturing pathogenic microorganisms, inhibiting their diffusion, inactivating virulence factors, and scavenging pathogens. Neutrophilic granulocyte, which is different from its classical chemotaxis and phagocytosis, plays an important role in innate immune response. The production of neutrophil extracellular trapping nets is a double-edged sword. Recent studies have shown that it can lead to abnormal coagulation, stimulate thrombosis and provide stents, but the mechanism of this process is not very clear. It may be related to the procoagulant activity of neutrophil extracellular trapping net and the activation of coagulation cascade reaction. This article reviews the research progress of neutrophil extracellular trapping net and its relationship with thrombosis.
