【摘要】：目的:探討國內(nèi)外病恥感研究現(xiàn)狀和未來發(fā)展趨勢,為進(jìn)一步研究病恥感提供參考依據(jù)。方法:采用GoPubMed數(shù)據(jù)庫的在線分析軟件,以病恥感(stigma)為檢索主題,檢索病恥感相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。檢索時(shí)限為建庫起至2016年5月。對其發(fā)表的年代分布、國家與城市地域分布、期刊分布及核心作者等進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析。結(jié)果:病恥感研究文獻(xiàn)共檢出14 742篇。得到分布前20位的高頻詞、核心作者、核心期刊、發(fā)表論文國家(地區(qū))分布等。文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量呈逐年上升趨勢;其中以來源于美國的文獻(xiàn)數(shù)量和影響力居首位。美國發(fā)文5350篇(36%)排在第1位,加拿大位居第2位(1338篇,9%),中國居第6位(331篇,2%)。排名前20位的主要期刊分布在歐美國家。結(jié)論:我國病恥感研究文獻(xiàn)在數(shù)量和質(zhì)量上均還有待于進(jìn)一步提高。提示國內(nèi)精神衛(wèi)生工作者對病恥感研究重視不夠。病恥感相關(guān)研究人員需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對慢病患者病恥感的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the present situation and future development trend of disease stigma research at home and abroad, and to provide a reference for further study on disease stigma. Methods: using the online analysis software of GoPubMed database, using stigma stigma as the search subject. To search the literature related to the sense of shame of disease. The searching time is from the beginning of the establishment of the database to May 2016. The time distribution of the publication, the distribution of the country and the urban area, The distribution of periodicals and core authors were analyzed. Results: a total of 14 742 articles were found in the study of stigma, and the top 20 high frequency words, core authors, core journals, and so on were obtained. The number of papers is on the rise year by year, among which the number and influence of papers from the United States rank first. Canada ranked second in 1338 articles, and China ranked sixth in 331 papers. The top 20 journals were distributed in Europe and the United States. Conclusion: the quantity and quality of the literature on the study of stigma in China need to be further improved. Domestic mental health workers pay less attention to the study of stigma, and the researchers need to further strengthen the research on the stigma of patients with chronic diseases.
