【摘要】:正惡性腫瘤與自身免疫性疾病的發(fā)病率逐年增高,國內(nèi)外學者的目光逐漸聚焦在天然免疫這一方面。補體系統(tǒng)則是天然免疫中的關鍵環(huán)節(jié),其在疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中所起作用也越來越受到重視。補體是存在于人或動物血清中一組不耐熱的且具有酶活性的蛋白質(zhì),并非單一分子,是由30多種蛋白成分組成的限制性蛋白酶解系統(tǒng),又稱為補體系統(tǒng)。廣泛參與機體的多種免疫效應機制。補體需要被激活才能發(fā)揮其相應的生物學作用。激活過程根據(jù)起始順序的不同分為經(jīng)典途徑、甘露
[Abstract]:The incidence of positive malignant tumors and autoimmune diseases is increasing year by year. The attention of scholars at home and abroad is gradually focused on innate immunity. Complement system is the key link in innate immunity, and it occurs in diseases. The role of complement in human or animal serum is not a single molecule, but is a restriction proteolysis system composed of more than 30 proteins. It is also called complement system.
