【摘要】：為考查體外人外周血單個核細胞熱原檢測法對ACYW135群腦膜炎球菌多糖疫苗的適用性,選取不同廠家共10批供試品,使用體外人外周血單個核細胞熱原檢測法,采用加樣回收干擾實驗考察供試品是否存在干擾。結(jié)果表明,大部分供試品在最大有效稀釋倍數(shù)內(nèi),IL-6法干擾實驗的回收率在50%~200%,且熱原物質(zhì)含量均低于標準限值,均為合格樣品。研究表明,體外人外周血單個核細胞熱原檢測法可用于ACYW135群腦膜炎球菌多糖疫苗熱原檢測。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the applicability of human peripheral blood mononuclear cell pyrogen assay to ACYW135 group meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in vitro, ten batches of samples from different manufacturers were selected, and human peripheral blood mononuclear cell pyrogen assay was used in vitro. The results showed that the recovery rate of most of the samples was 50 ~ 200 and the content of pyrogen was lower than the standard limit. The results showed that pyrogen assay of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells could be used for pyrogen detection of ACYW135 meningococcal polysaccharide vaccine in vitro.
