[Abstract]:RNA is a small, non-coding RNA molecule that participates in various physiological responses by acting on the target gene to regulate the expression of corresponding functional proteins. In recent years, the role of specific miRNA in immunology has been reported. As an important antigen presenting cell, dendritic cells (DC) connect the innate immune response with adaptive immune response and play an important role in the immune system.
