【摘要】：造血細(xì)胞在發(fā)育過程中受許多轉(zhuǎn)錄因子調(diào)控,其中Ikaros家族是這些轉(zhuǎn)錄因子的重要代表之一。Ikaros轉(zhuǎn)錄因子具有特征性的保守結(jié)構(gòu)模序,能夠與含關(guān)鍵基因啟動(dòng)子或增強(qiáng)子的DNA特異性短序列結(jié)合,調(diào)控它們的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性。同時(shí),Ikaros轉(zhuǎn)錄因子還和其它的相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)節(jié)子之間相互作用,共同調(diào)控造血細(xì)胞的發(fā)育和分化。從結(jié)構(gòu)上觀察Ikaros家族,它們屬于鋅指結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,包括Ikaros、Helios、Aiolos、Eos和Pegasus 5個(gè)成員,分別由IKZF-1、2、3、4、5基因編碼。它們是造血作用的主要調(diào)節(jié)子,通過單獨(dú)或共同調(diào)控發(fā)揮作用,特別對(duì)淋巴細(xì)胞等造血細(xì)胞的發(fā)生、發(fā)展以及功能的正常發(fā)揮中具有重要作用,家族成員功能異常時(shí)常與疾病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展相關(guān)。本文綜述Ikaros家族近年來取得的研究成果,一方面有助于深入理解這個(gè)家族在造血系統(tǒng)中的作用及意義,另一方面也為進(jìn)一步開展研究工作提供可能的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Hematopoietic cells are regulated by many transcription factors during their development. Ikaros family is one of the important representatives of these transcription factors. Ikaros transcription factors have characteristic conserved structural motifs. Ikaros transcriptional factors interact with other related transcriptional regulators by binding to DNA specific short sequences containing key gene promoters or enhancers to regulate their transcriptional activity. The Ikaros family, which belongs to the zinc finger structural transcription factors, including Ikaroslus Heliosae Aiolos, is a common regulation of the development and differentiation of hematopoietic cells. The five members of Eos and Pegasus are encoded by the gene IKZF-1, IkZF-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, respectively. They are the major regulators of hematopoiesis and play a role by single or co-regulation. Especially, it plays an important role in the occurrence, development and function of hematopoietic cells such as lymphocytes. This article reviews the research achievements of Ikaros family in recent years. On the one hand, it is helpful to understand the role and significance of Ikaros family in hematopoietic system. On the other hand, it also provides the possible research direction for further research work.
