【摘要】：目的調(diào)查2013~2015年廣東地區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠和大鼠的病原攜帶情況。方法本文涉及的樣品主要來(lái)源于監(jiān)督檢測(cè)的抽樣樣品和委托檢測(cè)的送樣樣品,共收集到廣東省12家監(jiān)督單位和32家委托單位樣品。按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的項(xiàng)目及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外的螺桿菌和小鼠諾如病毒進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果監(jiān)督檢測(cè)和委托檢測(cè)結(jié)果存在較大差異。3年中監(jiān)督檢測(cè)的小鼠檢出4種病原,包括綠膿桿菌(0.7%)、嗜肺巴斯德桿菌(0.3%)、肺炎克雷伯桿菌(0.7%)和鞭毛蟲(1.7%),未檢出病毒;大鼠檢出1種病原即嗜肺巴斯德桿菌(1.1%),未檢出病毒和寄生蟲。委托檢測(cè)的小鼠檢出15種病原,包括綠膿桿菌(3.7%)、嗜肺巴斯德桿菌(5.2%)、支原體(1.9%)、金黃色葡萄球菌(0.7%)、肺炎克雷伯桿菌(0.8%)、螺桿菌(45.3%),小鼠肝炎病毒(8.5%)、小鼠腦脊髓炎病毒(7.0%)、小鼠諾如病毒(16.2%)、鼠痘病毒(0.3%)、小鼠細(xì)小病毒(0.5%)、仙臺(tái)病毒(0.1%)、鞭毛蟲(11.7%)、蠕蟲(1.0%)、體外寄生蟲(0.1%)。大鼠檢出8種病原,包括綠膿桿菌(3.4%)、嗜肺巴斯德桿菌(8.6%)、支原體(0.9%)、金黃色葡萄球菌(2.9%)、泰澤病原體(4.8%)、大腸桿菌(1.0%)、大鼠細(xì)小病毒H-1株(3.0%)、大鼠冠狀病毒(1.0%),未檢出寄生蟲。其中,實(shí)驗(yàn)小鼠7種病原,包括綠膿桿菌、嗜肺巴斯德桿菌、螺桿菌、鞭毛蟲、小鼠肝炎病毒、小鼠腦脊髓炎病毒和小鼠諾如病毒,大鼠2種病原,包括金黃色葡萄球菌和泰澤病原體,檢出范圍廣、檢出率較高,而且存在區(qū)域分布特點(diǎn),即設(shè)施污染后能在多次送檢的動(dòng)物中檢出這些病原。結(jié)論本研究獲得廣東省實(shí)驗(yàn)大小鼠病原流行情況和分布,這些數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)為我國(guó)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制訂提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)也為各動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)施的質(zhì)量控制方案制訂提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogenicity of experimental mice and rats in Guangdong from 2003 to 2015. A total of 12 surveillance units and 32 entrustment units were collected from Guangdong Province for detection of Helicobacter pylori and norovirus in mice in accordance with the items and standards required by the national standard. Results the results of monitoring and entrusting detection were kept. Four kinds of pathogens were detected in the mice which were monitored and detected in three years. The virus was not detected, including P. aeruginosa 0.7m, Pasteurella pneumophila 0.3and Klebsiella pneumoniae 0.7m. One pathogen, Pasteurella pneumophilus, was detected in rats, and no virus or parasite was detected. Fifteen pathogens, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were detected in the commissioned mice. Pasteurella pneumophila 5.2%, Mycoplasma 1.9%, Staphylococcus aureus 0.7%, Klebsiella pneumoniae 0.8%, Helicobacter pneumoniae 45.35.35). Mouse hepatitis virus (RHV), mouse encephalomyelitis virus (MDV), mouse encephalomyelitis virus (mNV), mouse norovirus (RV), mouse pox virus (RV), mouse parvovirus (mPV), and mouse parvovirus (mPV). Sendai virus was 0.1 and flagellum was 11.70.The worm was 1.0 and the extracorporeal parasite was 0.1. Eight pathogens, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were detected in rats. Pasteurella pneumophila 8.6m, Mycoplasma 0.910, Staphylococcus aureus 2.9%, Taisei pathogen 4.810, Escherichia coli 1.0). No parasites were detected in rat parvovirus H-1 strain and rat coronavirus strain 1.0. Among them, there were 7 pathogens in experimental mice, including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pasteurella pneumophila and Helicobacter pneumoniae. Flagellate, mouse hepatitis virus, mouse encephalomyelitis virus and mouse norovirus, rat two kinds of pathogens, including Staphylococcus aureus and Taisei pathogen, the detection range is wide, the detection rate is high. And there are regional distribution characteristics, that is, the facility pollution can detect these pathogens in animals submitted for many times. Conclusion in this study, the epidemic situation and distribution of experimental rats and mice in Guangdong Province were obtained. The statistics of these data provide the basic data for the establishment of the quality standard of laboratory animals in China, and also provide the basis for the formulation of the quality control schemes of the animal experimental facilities.
