熱補(bǔ)針?lè)▽?duì)RA模型家兔關(guān)節(jié)滑膜LDH、ATPase活性的影響

【摘要】：目的:從機(jī)體能量代謝的角度探討熱補(bǔ)針?lè)?取熱"的作用機(jī)制。方法:將40只青紫藍(lán)家兔隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、模型對(duì)照組、平補(bǔ)平瀉組、捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法組和熱補(bǔ)針?lè)ńM,每組8只。除正常對(duì)照組外,采用卵蛋白誘導(dǎo)法和低溫冷凍法對(duì)其他4組進(jìn)行RA寒證模型復(fù)制。造模成功后,除正常對(duì)照組、模型對(duì)照組外,其余各組分別施以平補(bǔ)平瀉、捻轉(zhuǎn)補(bǔ)法、熱補(bǔ)針?lè)ㄡ槾?留針30 min/次,1 d 1次,共7 d。治療結(jié)束后分離關(guān)節(jié)滑膜,冰凍切片,借助組織化學(xué)染色技術(shù)觀察膝關(guān)節(jié)滑膜組織乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性。結(jié)果:模型對(duì)照組LDH和ATPase積分光度、陽(yáng)性總面積、面積百分比高于正常對(duì)照組,差別有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);針刺組LDH活性變化均低于模型對(duì)照組(P0.05),而ATPase活性變化均高于模型對(duì)照組(P0.05);熱補(bǔ)針?lè)ńMLDH活性變化均低于其他兩針刺組(P0.05),但ATPase活性變化明顯高于其他兩針刺組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:熱補(bǔ)針?lè)軌蚪档蚏A家兔關(guān)節(jié)滑膜LDH活性,增強(qiáng)ATPase活性,從而增強(qiáng)有氧代謝,使機(jī)體局部產(chǎn)生更多的能量可能是熱補(bǔ)針?lè)?取熱"的機(jī)制之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the mechanism of heat reinforcing needling "heat" from the angle of energy metabolism. Methods: 40 Chinchilla rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, reinforcing reducing group, acupuncture group and acupuncture group have 8 rats in each group. In addition to the normal control group, the RA cold syndrome model was replicated in the other 4 groups by ovalbumin induction and cryopreservation. After the success of the model, in addition to the normal control group, model control group, the other groups were treated with reinforcing reducing, twisting method, heat reinforcing needling acupuncture needle for 30 min/, 1 D 1, 7 d. After the end of treatment from synovial, frozen section technique to observe the knee joint synovial tissues by lactate dehydrogenase histochemical staining (LDH) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) activity. Results: the model control group LDH and ATPase integral luminosity, the total positive area, area percentage is higher than the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); changes in the activity of LDH acupuncture were lower than that of model group (P0.05), and the changes of ATPase activity were higher than those in the model control group (P0.05); changes of LDH activity were hot acupuncture group lower than the other two acupuncture group (P0.05), but the change of ATPase activity was significantly higher than the other two acupuncture group (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture can reduce the heat RA of rabbit synovial LDH activity, increased ATPase activity, thereby enhancing aerobic metabolism, make the body produce local mechanism of more energy may be "hot" heat reinforcing needling.
