【摘要】：目的動態(tài)觀察放射性肺損傷大鼠模型及松弛素的表達和作用,尋求防治放射性肺損傷的新途徑。方法 72只大鼠隨機分為對照組和照射組,照射組可分為單純照射組和松弛素組。照射組第0天25Gy全肺照射,松弛素組第42天起應用松弛素治療,第1、7、14、28、35、42、49、56天終止實驗,肺組織行病理學觀察、羥脯氨酸含量及松弛素基因水平表達的測定。結(jié)果與對照組相比,照射組松弛素mRNA表達升高,呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢,照射組第42天出現(xiàn)明顯的肺纖維化,應用松弛素治療后,膠原沉積減少,松弛素組的松弛素mRNA表達較單純照射組顯著升高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論松弛素與放射性肺損傷的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有很大的關(guān)系,并能改善已形成的肺纖維化。
[Abstract]:Objective to dynamically observe the expression and effect of the rat model of radionuclide injury and relaxin in order to find a new way to prevent and cure radioactive lung injury. Methods 72 rats were randomly divided into the control group and the irradiated group. The irradiated group could be divided into the simple irradiation group and the relaxin group. On the zeroth day, the 25Gy group was given whole lung irradiation. The relaxin group was treated with relaxin for forty-second days, and first, seventh, fourteenth, 28, 35, 42, 49 and 56 days. The lung tissue was examined by pathology, hydroxyproline content and relaxin gene expression. Results compared with the control group, irradiation group cytochalasin mRNA expression increased, showed a downward trend after rising for forty-second days, the irradiation group appeared obvious application of pulmonary fibrosis, relaxin treatment, reduced collagen deposition, relaxation of relaxin group mRNA expression compared with the irradiation group increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion relaxin has a great relationship with the occurrence and development of radionuclide injury, and can improve the pulmonary fibrosis that has been formed.
