【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展,人們對傳統(tǒng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)日益依賴,公眾在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間分享知識、參與討論、形成共識。但與此同時,由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息引發(fā)的突發(fā)安全事件逐漸增多,公眾也常常間接地參與到網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息的風(fēng)險傳播中。通過對風(fēng)險傳播過程加以控制,建立風(fēng)險預(yù)警系統(tǒng)、規(guī)范傳播主體的參與行為以及加強(qiáng)傳播空間治理,可以防止網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間風(fēng)險進(jìn)化為現(xiàn)實社會的危機(jī),風(fēng)險傳播進(jìn)化為危機(jī)傳播。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the network, people increasingly rely on the traditional Internet and the mobile Internet. The public shares knowledge in cyberspace, participates in the discussion, and forms a consensus. However, at the same time, due to the increasing number of unexpected security incidents caused by the network and information, the public is often indirectly involved in the risk dissemination of the network and information. By controlling the process of risk communication, establishing risk early warning system, standardizing the participation behavior of communication subjects and strengthening the governance of communication space, the risk of cyberspace can be prevented from becoming a crisis in real society. The spread of risk evolved into the spread of crisis.
