【摘要】：通過對蘇聯(lián)媒介體制結(jié)構(gòu)變遷的考察,反映出媒介體制在戈爾巴喬夫改革時期出現(xiàn)的問題。一方面,體制的路徑依賴導(dǎo)致戈爾巴喬夫媒介改革的前提和目標(biāo)發(fā)生了錯誤。另一方面,20世紀80年代以來,全球化背景下的新自由主義思潮在世界蔓延。通過對新自由主義全球化的主體和受體分析,對戈爾巴喬夫的媒介自由化改革的國際社會背景給予了闡釋。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the structural changes of the media system in Soviet Union, this paper reflects the problems of the media system in Gorbachev's reform period. On the one hand, the system's path dependence leads to Gorbachev's premise and goal of media reform wrong. On the other hand, since the 1980s, the neo-liberalism trend of thought has spread in the world under the background of globalization. Through the analysis of the subject and receptor of neo-liberalism globalization, the international social background of Gorbachev's media liberalization reform is explained.
