【摘要】：正媒體融合時代,輿論環(huán)境空前復雜、輿論格局深刻變化,網(wǎng)絡(luò)已經(jīng)逐漸成為意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的新陣地。盡管各種不同議論形成的"雜音"不少,但真正主導輿論走向的,依然是黨報等權(quán)威主流媒體。作為社會輿論引導和傳播最有力的載體之一,黨報的優(yōu)勢明顯,但同時也需要黨報主動適應(yīng)"融媒體"時代的紛繁,選擇最合適的節(jié)點,發(fā)出最權(quán)威的聲音,在主動出擊中彰顯出輿論的引領(lǐng)作用,從而占領(lǐng)制高點,把握話語權(quán)。近年來,《溫州日報》圍繞黨
