【摘要】：文章以英國(guó)政府開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)data.gov.uk交通數(shù)據(jù)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,從發(fā)布機(jī)構(gòu)、主題、格式、許可協(xié)議與開(kāi)放級(jí)別4個(gè)方面調(diào)查該平臺(tái)現(xiàn)有902個(gè)已發(fā)布的交通數(shù)據(jù)集的建設(shè)情況;從API設(shè)置和APP開(kāi)發(fā)兩方面掌握其交通數(shù)據(jù)的應(yīng)用情況;從數(shù)據(jù)請(qǐng)求機(jī)構(gòu)、主題、原因和結(jié)果了解公眾對(duì)交通數(shù)據(jù)的潛在需求。在調(diào)查基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)da-ta.gov.uk平臺(tái)交通數(shù)據(jù)建設(shè)與開(kāi)放的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足,為我國(guó)政府開(kāi)放交通數(shù)據(jù)以推進(jìn)智慧交通建設(shè)進(jìn)程提供一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the construction of 902 published traffic data sets of the open data platform (data.gov.uk) of the British government from four aspects: the issuing agency, the theme, the format, the license agreement and the open level. The application of traffic data in API setup and APP development, and the potential demand for traffic data from data request organization, subject, cause and result are discussed. On the basis of investigation, this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of traffic data construction and opening on da-ta.gov.uk platform, and provides some inspiration for our government to open traffic data to advance the process of intelligent traffic construction.
