【摘要】：伴隨著信息技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,新媒體在人們的生活中逐漸占據(jù)重要地位和發(fā)揮著巨大作用,傳統(tǒng)媒體不論是傳播形式還是管理方法和管理制度都受到了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)和沖擊。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)新媒體行業(yè)的良性發(fā)展,在尊重新媒體發(fā)展規(guī)律和高效信息傳播價(jià)值的前提下,建立科學(xué)合理的新媒體管理制度已是當(dāng)務(wù)之急,以下從管控制度、道德自律、構(gòu)建職業(yè)文化三個(gè)層面對(duì)新媒體管理制度進(jìn)行了一些探析。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and Internet technology, new media gradually occupy an important position and play a great role in people's lives. The traditional media, whether in the form of communication, management methods and management system have been unprecedented challenges and shocks. In order to realize the benign development of the new media industry, it is urgent to establish a scientific and reasonable new media management system under the premise of respecting the law of new media development and the value of efficient information dissemination. Construction of three levels of professional culture of the new media management system for some analysis.
