互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式研究

【摘要】:在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和消費(fèi)觀念的變化,數(shù)字內(nèi)容的版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式也在不斷地發(fā)展和變化。在版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式的演化過程中,以大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算、人工智能等信息技術(shù)發(fā)展為驅(qū)動(dòng),以碎片化內(nèi)容的生產(chǎn)、傳播和消費(fèi)為特征的一種新型的版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式——微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式正在興起。本文就微版權(quán)的概念進(jìn)行了梳理,對(duì)微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式產(chǎn)生的背景和原因做了詳細(xì)的闡釋,并對(duì)該運(yùn)營模式的現(xiàn)狀、類型和特征做了分析。本文認(rèn)為,微版權(quán)是指,在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,打破了傳統(tǒng)出版物品種概念,以知識(shí)元為最小單位進(jìn)行信息組織的數(shù)字化內(nèi)容產(chǎn)品的版權(quán)。其主要特征為:以知識(shí)元為最小的內(nèi)容組織單元、以碎片化為主要外部特征、以信息熵為測度和以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為載體。微版權(quán)運(yùn)營將會(huì)成為未來版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式中一種非常重要的類型。從傳播技術(shù)發(fā)展的歷史來看,每一次傳播技術(shù)的進(jìn)步都會(huì)對(duì)傳播介質(zhì)、傳播渠道、傳播方式和傳播效果產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響。以1946年大型計(jì)算機(jī)的發(fā)明為轉(zhuǎn)折,開啟了互動(dòng)傳播時(shí)代。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來,這種傳播速度更快、傳播范圍更廣、接觸范圍更大的傳播方式展現(xiàn)出了強(qiáng)大的跨越時(shí)空障礙的能力。本文結(jié)合碎片化內(nèi)容傳播的不同應(yīng)用場景、不同組織形式以及不同的變現(xiàn)路徑,歸納總結(jié)出了微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式中的不同類型。微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式的出現(xiàn)將會(huì)對(duì)整個(gè)數(shù)字內(nèi)容產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。但是同時(shí),本文也指出了,在微版權(quán)運(yùn)營的過程中所面臨巨大的困難和挑戰(zhàn),特別是在微版權(quán)的確權(quán)、微版權(quán)追蹤、微版權(quán)保護(hù)和打擊盜版等方面。
[Abstract]:In the Internet era, with the development of technology and the change of consumption concept, the copyright operation mode of digital content is developing and changing constantly. In the evolution of copyright operation mode, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other information technology development as the driving, with the production of fragmented content, A new copyright operation mode characterized by dissemination and consumption is emerging. In this paper, the concept of micro-copyright is combed, the background and reasons of micro-copyright operation mode are explained in detail, and the present situation, types and characteristics of micro-copyright operation mode are analyzed. This paper holds that micro-copyright refers to the copyright of digital content products which break the traditional concept of publication variety and organize information with knowledge element as the smallest unit under the environment of Internet. Its main characteristics are as follows: taking the knowledge element as the smallest content organization unit, taking the fragmentation as the main external feature, taking the information entropy as the measure and the Internet as the carrier. Micro-copyright operation will become a very important type of copyright operation mode in the future. From the history of the development of communication technology, every progress of communication technology will have a different degree of influence on the media, channels, modes and effects of communication. In 1946, the invention of the mainframe computer as a turning point, opened the era of interactive communication. With the advent of the Internet era, this communication mode, which spreads faster and wider and has a larger contact scope, shows a strong ability to cross the barrier of time and space. According to the different application scenes, different organization forms and different realization paths of fragmented content dissemination, this paper summarizes the different types of micro-copyright operation mode. The emergence of micro-copyright operation mode will have a profound impact on the whole digital content industry chain. But at the same time, this paper also points out that in the process of micro-copyright operation, it faces great difficulties and challenges, especially in the aspects of micro-copyright confirmation, micro-copyright tracing, micro-copyright protection and combating piracy and so on.
