互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的微版權(quán)運(yùn)營模式研究
[Abstract]:In the Internet era, with the development of technology and the change of consumption concept, the copyright operation mode of digital content is developing and changing constantly. In the evolution of copyright operation mode, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and other information technology development as the driving, with the production of fragmented content, A new copyright operation mode characterized by dissemination and consumption is emerging. In this paper, the concept of micro-copyright is combed, the background and reasons of micro-copyright operation mode are explained in detail, and the present situation, types and characteristics of micro-copyright operation mode are analyzed. This paper holds that micro-copyright refers to the copyright of digital content products which break the traditional concept of publication variety and organize information with knowledge element as the smallest unit under the environment of Internet. Its main characteristics are as follows: taking the knowledge element as the smallest content organization unit, taking the fragmentation as the main external feature, taking the information entropy as the measure and the Internet as the carrier. Micro-copyright operation will become a very important type of copyright operation mode in the future. From the history of the development of communication technology, every progress of communication technology will have a different degree of influence on the media, channels, modes and effects of communication. In 1946, the invention of the mainframe computer as a turning point, opened the era of interactive communication. With the advent of the Internet era, this communication mode, which spreads faster and wider and has a larger contact scope, shows a strong ability to cross the barrier of time and space. According to the different application scenes, different organization forms and different realization paths of fragmented content dissemination, this paper summarizes the different types of micro-copyright operation mode. The emergence of micro-copyright operation mode will have a profound impact on the whole digital content industry chain. But at the same time, this paper also points out that in the process of micro-copyright operation, it faces great difficulties and challenges, especially in the aspects of micro-copyright confirmation, micro-copyright tracing, micro-copyright protection and combating piracy and so on.
